Inner- Alignment is an in-depth program to gain clarity and step into growth through nervous system regulation, deeper self-awareness and taking aligned action. 

This is a step by step, guided program where each week you will go through a different module focused on a particular theme using your Human Design chart, self- reflection, journalling, visualisation etc. in a 2 hr live session followed by tools for self-work.

By the end of the program you will :

  • Be an expert on your Human Design (and others' too)

  • Have a self-care practice

  • Gain clarity on your desires and next steps

  • Feel empowered and grounded to take transformative steps
